With the Ultra-Link Android TV Box, you have two options with internet connection: WiFi & Ethernet.

WiFi Connection:

Open “settings” – “network”, click on the WiFi source you want to connect to after the connection is successful, you can access the internet

Ethernet Connection

Connect the Ethernet cable to the product. The Ultra-Link TV Box will automatically connect

Open “settings” – “APPS”, select the APK you want to uninstall, press OK, click Uninstall.

You can try the following to solve this problem:

  • Aim the remote control directly at the sensor on the front of the TV Box
  • Reduce the distance to the TV Box
  • Replace the Batteries in the remote control
  • The audio codec may not be supported by the TV Box.
  • You can change the supported audio on playing menu
  • Check the volume

If you want to replace your original router which connects to the internet with a PPoE and password, start from step 1. Otherwise, start from step 2.

Step 1: Migrate your PPoE user name and password from your original router

  1. Power on yo0ur original and new router
  2. Connect the WAN port of the original router to port 1, 2 or 3/IPTV of the new router using an Ethernet cable
  3. Waitabout 5 seconds (when the WAN,1,2 and 3 indicators of the new router turn solid on after blinking fast, ypur migration is successful)
  4. Remove the original router

Step 2: Cojnnect to the internet

  1. Power off your modem, and remove its battery (if any)
  2. Connect the WAN port of the new router to the LAN port o your Ethernet jack
  3. Reinstall your modem's battery. Power on your modem and the new router
  • Connect your wireless devices to the WiFi network of the router.
  • The default SSID (WiFi name) and password are labeled on the bottom/front of the router.
  • Connect your wired devices to port 1,2 or 3/IPTV of the router using Ethernet cables. The corresponding indicators light will cocme on

Follow the following steps to set up your router:

  1. Start a web browser on a device that has connected to the router. Enter 192.168.01 in the address bar, and press Enter.
  2. Click Start.
  3. Confirm or set the related parameters. Then click  Next.
  4. Set your WiFi name (SSID), WiFi password and login password. Then click Next. Please note: the WiFi password is used to connect to the WiFi network of the router, and the login password is used to log in to the web UI of the router.
  5. Reconnect your wireless devices tot he router's WiFi network using the WiFi names and the WiFi password you set. Ther wired devices can access the intent directly if they have connected to port 1, 2 or 3/IPTV

Try the following solutions and log in again:

  • Ensure that your Ethernet cable with internet connectivity is plugged into the WAN port of the router rather than a LAN port.
  • Ensure that your wireless device is connected tot he router's SSID.
  • Ensure that your wired devices is connected to port 1, 2 or 3/IPTV of the router properly by Ethernet cable. And the device is also set to Obtain an IP address automatically and OObtain DNS server address automatically.
  • Ensure that 192.168.0.1 is entered correctly.
  • Replace the web browser and log in again.
  • Reset the router and log in again.

Log in to the web UI of the router,and check your router's connection status on the internet status page.

If your router is connected tot he internet successfully:

  •  Connect your wireless devices to the WiFi network of the router using the new WiFi name and password.

If connection failed appears on the page:

  • Click Internet settings on the web UI to check whether the connection type and parameters you entered are correct
  • Connect the Ethernet cable with internet connectivity to your computer directly.

If your computer cannot access the internet, consult your ISP. Otherwides, reconnect the Ethernet cable with internet connectivity to yopur router, reset your router and condigure it again.

  • Tap the node on the Ultra-Link WiFi App, tap.. in the upper-right corner, and choose Delete
  • Note: Removing operation restores the node to factory settings
  • Yes you can!
  • Run Ultra-Link WiFi App, tap “settings” in the lower-right corner, tap UL-INT-MW3, and follow the on-screen instructions to add.
  • With your nodes powered on, hold the RST button of your primary node down using a paper clip for about 6 seconds, release when the LED indicator blinks fast.
  • Your network is reset successfully when the LED indicator lights solid on then blinks fast again. All nodes are now restored to factory settings
  • Connect your smart phone used for setup to your Mesh Router WiFi Network
  • Run Ultra-Link WiFi App, tap “settings” then “smart assistant” and enable. Your smart phone connects to the 2.4 GHz WiFi network
  • Use the smart phone to set up your 2.4 GHz WiFi enabled device guided by its App

Before extending

  • Use your computer to connect to the WiFi name (SSID) on the label of the extender’s back panel
  • Launch a web browser, type 192.168.0.254 into the address bar and tap Enter on the keyboard

After extending

  • Use your computer to connect to the extended WiFi name (if you customize the WiFi name of the extender, connect that):
  • Launch a web browser, type 192.168.0.254 into the address bar and tap enter on the keyboard
